  • How Booking Works

    Step 1: Check Availability & Quick Connect

    Submit an inquiry with your wedding date and venue. If your Saturday is open on my calendar, we will schedule a brief consultation to review your vision, run through key timeline details, and ensure we are a great fit.

    Step 2: Secure Your Date (Contract & Retainer)

    Dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. To officially lock in your celebration:

    • A $500 non-refundable retainer is submitted.

    • A straightforward e-signed contract is completed online.

      (Dates cannot be held on verbal commitments).

    Step 3: Planning, Final Meeting & Balance

    • Planning Portal & App Access: As soon as your date is secured, you receive instant 24/7 access to our digital planning portal and mobile app to build your custom playlist, list special announcements, and shape your timeline at your own pace.

    • Pre-Wedding Planning Meeting: Around 2 to 3 weeks before the wedding, we meet to review every announcement, finalize timing cues, and ensure seamless coordination with your venue and vendors.

    • Final Balance: The remaining balance ($1,250) is due 7 days before your wedding date, leaving your wedding week completely stress-free.
